陳曼琪律師獲廣東省高級人民法院聘任為「粵港澳大灣區域外法律查明專家庫」成員

内地法院審理的涉外涉港澳民商事案件中，部分案件需要查明和適用包括港澳法律在内的域外法律。廣東省高級人民法院爲解决涉外涉港澳民商事審判中的域外法律查明難題，聘任港澳特區的法律專家，組建"域外法律查明法律専家庫”。陳曼琪律師被聘任爲該専家庫法律專家，協助内地法院查明包括港澳法律在内的域外法律。
